1. I had donated costal cartilage done at ㅌㅍㅇㅅ in Apgujeong, but the cartilage broke through. They asked for another 5 million KRW even for revision surgery, so I just gave up.
2. I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage at ㅁㅈㅇ, and I liked the line, but it gradually became an upturned nose ㅠ I got AS, but it is drooping and getting pinched again.
This is my current nose shape, and my skin is thin. Is there anyone who can make a safe and cute nose line? The places I have visited are:

They recommended surgery after PRP injections, but even then they did not seem confident. I was upset because I wanted to have it done here ㅠㅠ So I said okay and left. They recommended autologous costal cartilage, and the cost was 5-6 million KRW.
2. ㄱㄹㅂ
Autologous costal cartilage in the high 7 million KRW range. They said PRP injections do not have much effect. They said surgery is possible, but they cannot completely correct the upturned nose, and suggested giving up height with ear cartilage and doing it safely. They clearly told me what could not be done.
3. ㅇㅇㅌ I waited an hour and a half for the consultation and was so annoyed I was about to go home, but then I went in for the consultation. But they kept touching my nose and examined it very thoroughly. They were the first person to tell me that what was protruding inside my nose did not seem to be scar tissue. They told me to bring the surgical records from the previous ㅁㅈㅇ surgery and definitely come back for another consultation, saying my nose is barely holding on right now, and if they open it and cannot close it again, it would be a real disaster, so they must check the previous doctor's surgical method. I trusted them on this point.
The places recommended to me are ㅅㅇ, ㅁㄱ, ㅊㅁ, and ㄷㄹ, and the place I am considering is ㅈㅇㅌ. Please recommend places that handle difficult nose surgeries, not places that make flashy results. Also definitely tell me places I should avoid.
