I went to consult about Botox, and since it was my first time I was scared, so I asked to speak with the director as well. I kept worrying and asking a lot of questions, and even though they were busy, my mother joined in and we kept the director there for no real reason, but they were so kind and answered everything one by one, and said it was okay to think it over carefully and come back next time. I was really grateful. I only had the consultation experience, but it was good.
