The director is extremely meticulous. He explained in detail what the problem was and how it should be solved. He seems to have a strong will, but somehow gives a trustworthy impression. I was surprised at how well the consultation manager handled things. I think I spent 30 minutes just talking with the manager. It is good except for the high price, but I wonder whether it will really be successful.
