Since I was aiming for a natural look, I did add a small amount of silicone, but satisfaction really seems to vary from person to person. I had severe pectus excavatum and a wide rib cage, but I preferred going from a full B cup to a C cup, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. People around me can’t tell I had surgery, and I’ve gained confidence too. The volume has improved a lot, so I feel good every time I look at my body. However, I had an axillary incision, and even though it’s been over a year, the scar still hasn’t gone away, so I’m getting laser treatment separately for now. It’s unfortunate because of my skin type ㅠㅠ
