The consultation manager was kind, but it was uncomfortable that they kept pushing me to pay a deposit. The director gave me options for the line and explained my eyes to some extent, which I liked. I remember them being kind. I am happy with the surgical result too, and the line got slightly thinner, but I am satisfied.
