I had a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, and I also had severe ptosis. At the time I did not research much and went in without thinking, booked right away, and had the surgery, but the line came out much better than I expected, and even now, several years later, it has settled in so well that it seems like it will never loosen.
However, maybe they removed a bit too little fat on one side, because there is a slight sausage-like look, and the inner canthus surgery also ended up a little uneven. Still, I am mostly satisfied overall, so I am just going to live with it.
