This clinic... um... first, the consultant felt like she was trying to recommend various things here and there, and the doctor felt like he only wanted to do exactly what I said I wanted. But he was not particularly kind and did not explain things in detail; it just felt like, “Let’s go straight into surgery!” Still, the natural epicanthoplasty shape I wanted came out, so I am fairly satisfied. I look much more refined than before, and when my friends say things like, “Something changed, but I’m not sure what,” it seems like they pursue a natural look. Still, side effects from epicanthoplasty seem unavoidable. If I drink alcohol or rub my eyes even a little, the inner corners of my eyes get red easily + I get eye discharge often. There were no other side effects, and I am fairly satisfied. Oh, for reference, it stings like crazy when they remove the epicanthoplasty stitches.
