I got revision surgery because my double eyelids from the Leart days had loosened. My original inner canthus surgery was uneven, so one side was an out line and the other was an in-out line, but it was thin and natural-looking, so no one would have known it was uneven unless I said so. I just asked them to keep the original line, but they said they had to change the in line to an out line to match it, so I ended up with a high out line, visible scarring, and such a strong fixation that all the mucosa showed. My eyes looked sharp, but I do not know why the black pupils became even more covered and I ended up looking like a drug user. They even made the line too high for my small orbital bones, so I ended up with trapezoid-shaped double eyelids. I ended up with severe eyes, and there are not many places willing to do revision surgery, so my life feels bleak. I chose them just because they were kind and good at consultation, but I am painfully realizing that skill matters most. I wonder if they are good at canthoplasty reversal?
