It has now been almost two months since the removal, and they did a good job repositioning the cartilage into a natural and pretty shape. At the first clinic, I went in for surgery without detailed consultation beforehand, but here they consulted carefully, and even when I went to have the stitches removed, the director came in and checked everything one by one, which made me feel reassured and happy. I am still in the recovery period, so I cannot judge the tip being stiff or the scar tissue inside the nose yet. My nostrils are a bit asymmetrical, but my original nose was already asymmetrical, and during the consultation they honestly said it would be difficult to correct, so I take it that way. The disappointing points are that the cartilage protrusion inside the right nostril from the first surgery is still there, and this time a little cartilage also protruded inside the left nostril after repositioning, but it is not a major problem, so I plan to just leave it. I am satisfied with how nicely they shaped it.
