It has now been almost two months since removal, and they did the cartilage repositioning well into a natural and pretty shape. At my first-surgery clinic, I went into surgery without a detailed consultation beforehand, but here they consulted thoroughly, and even when I went to have the stitches removed, the director came in and checked everything one by one, so I felt reassured and liked that. Since I am still in the recovery period, I cannot evaluate the firmness of the nasal tip or the scar tissue inside the nose yet. My nostrils are slightly asymmetrical, but my original nose was already asymmetrical, and during the consultation they honestly told me in advance that correction would be difficult, so I just accepted it. The disappointing points are that the cartilage protruding inside my right nostril from the first surgery is still the same, and after the repositioning this time, cartilage is also protruding slightly inside my left nostril. But they are not major problem areas, so I plan to just live with it. I am satisfied that they shaped it prettily.
