The consultation manager and the director were both extremely kind. It was my first consultation for removal, so I was worried about a lot of things, but all the questions I had were resolved. They said that if a problem came up when it was opened, we should plan the material in advance and proceed, which I liked. The treatment was also done while lying on the operating table and checking my condition, so it felt like I received a proper consultation.
