Both the consultation manager and the doctor were extremely kind. Since it was my first consultation for removal, I had a lot of worries, but all the things I was curious about were resolved. I liked that they said we should decide on the material plan in advance for what to do if a problem comes up when they open it up. The examination was also done while I was lying on the operating table and they checked my condition, so I feel like they examined me thoroughly.
