Since I had a hump nose, I knew it would be a difficult rhinoplasty, but my first surgery failed badly, so I had to look into revision rhinoplasty in an even more complicated condition. Most places said it could be a bit difficult, but the director here said he had only done rhinoplasty for a long time, so I had high expectations. The doctor said he had really seen many difficult cases like mine, and that although it could be somewhat tricky, it was possible. He explained that if we did the surgery, he would do it in this kind of way, and it was the kind of time that gave me hope that if I did it here, there would definitely be improvement.
