I would not say the director was extremely kind, but he answered my questions well without making me feel rushed, and kept asking if I had any more questions. There was no part where he pushed me too hard for extra surgery, and he said he would do the surgery without adding extra cartilage as much as possible, so I felt somewhat reassured.
