This hospital is crowded, but it seems like the patient flow is good! I went in right on time without waiting, and the consultation was fairly long. During the consultation, they looked at everything carefully and explained well what the problem on my face was and how to solve it. They focused closely on the symptoms and areas I was worried about, and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, so I was grateful. There was no overdiagnosis, and I think they did a good job reflecting my wishes as much as possible, so I feel I had a pretty good consultation.
