The director is so kind. But I haven't had surgery yet, so I don't know what it will be like. The consultation was very good. The warranty period is also long, and they seem to listen well to patient requests, so I think I would be able to feel at ease when I have surgery. They don't seem annoyed even when I ask questions I don't know what the advertised price means.
