There are a lot of people at this clinic, but the flow seems good! I went in right at my appointment time without waiting, and the consultation was fairly long. During the consultation, they looked thoroughly at every area and explained well what the problems were with my face and how they should be addressed. They carefully focused on the symptoms + areas I was concerned about, and I was grateful because they explained things clearly and easy to understand. There was no overdiagnosis, and I think they did a good job checking what could be reflected as much as possible in the direction I wanted, so I feel like I had a pretty good consultation overall.
