The director’s explanation was professional, and they seemed to have pride in their surgery. They lifted my nasal tip with a cotton swab to show me, and they seemed to tell me very clearly how far it would be possible. They also looked inside my nose with a light while explaining how they would proceed with the surgery, and they seemed to try to explain the surgical method in an easy-to-understand way.
