There were a lot of people, but I was still able to get into the consultation at my reserved time. I had a brief consultation with the head consultant, then with the director, then a cost consultation again with the head consultant. The whole process probably took less than 30 minutes... The director seemed professional, but maybe because the schedule was so busy, I felt like they were trying to get through things quickly, though not carelessly. Their skill seemed good, but I think I need to think about it some more....
