Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

DM review

After going to 3 or 4 places for canthoplasty, the price was reasonable and the consultation didn’t feel burdensome, so I had surgery here a few years ago. About a week after surgery, right before removing the stitches, was when it looked the prettiest. There wasn’t much swelling, and there was conjunctival edema, but.... once the stitches came out, it gradually kept sticking together, and by one month I was wondering if I had even had canthoplasty at all. I said I didn’t want any visible red flesh and that I wanted a natural look, and I even showed before-and-after photos. Then as time passed, it ended up sticking together completely. After a year, there was no trace at all and it had fully returned to my original eye shape. While looking into revision surgery, I sometimes ask people who had good results for information, and one of them had been treated at this hospital. Whether this is case by case, whether it was because I didn’t get lower canthoplasty, or whether the fixation wasn’t done well is a mystery. There was no box-shaped scar or other side effects, but I basically wasted my 690,000 won. (In 2022... while looking in the mirror, one eye had become slightly U-shaped. It’s not quite to the point of reconstruction, but if it gets worse later I’ll probably have to have surgery again. Compared with the eye corners from when I had no double eyelids, it’s clearly different.... Maybe the space in my orbital bone wasn’t wide enough, or even though I asked to keep it natural, it was opened a bit too much and the gray line was slightly invaded.. Or maybe my eye tissue is just insanely strong lol. Looking at the photos from when I had no double eyelids and the photos from ten days after surgery here, it’s clear the outer corner got blocked and stuck together. But I saw a recent YouTube video that came up in the algorithm saying that wouldn’t happenㅠ What is it~)
