Up to deciding on stem-cell facelift surgery -
She said the director was taller than she expected, which surprised her a little, and he was very kind. She also liked that he explained things in an easy-to-understand way. As expected from someone with a lot of experience mainly handling middle-aged cosmetic surgery, he knew how to empathize with the patient and explained things while accurately recognizing what kinds of stress she had, so she could trust him. She said she really liked him because it seemed like he would perform the surgery sincerely and safely! On top of that, she was very nervous from the consultation, but it was nice to see both the director and the consultant trying to help her relax. She scheduled the surgery right away in one stop and even paid the depositㅎ
For a stem-cell facelift, they make a long incision that is not noticeable, without deforming the sideburns or ear shape. They said that when the incision is long, from the surgeon’s perspective, the SMAS layer can be seen more easily with the naked eye, so the lifting can be done more accurately and safely! (So fascinating..) They also said that using the stem-cell procedure to reduce the long incision scar and speed up recovery is a specialized surgery unique to that plastic surgery clinic. Unlike a regular facelift, stem cells are collected in advance before surgery, then applied to the SMAS layer, and one week after surgery, stem cells have to be applied to the face one more time, they said. (In the end, a total of 2 procedure sessions are needed!!!)
1) She visited the hospital nervously for morning surgery 2) The consultant guided her to the recovery room! She changed into patient clothes and waited in a private recovery room~ 3) Consultation with the director before surgery! At this time, my aunt was so nervous that the director and consultant helped her relax with a calm, trustworthy toneㅠㅠㅋ 4) Photo shoot after the consultation 5) After taking photos, waited in the recovery room while calming down! 6) Guided by the consultant, she entered the operating room and anesthesia was performed 7) And when she opened her eyes, the surgery was over.. They told her precautions for recovery, but the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off, so she couldn’t remember.. She came home and looked again at the note with postoperative precautions. She said there was a blood tube in her mouth.. and bandages wrapped around both ears (blood drains) 8) The next day (day 2 after surgery), she visited the hospital and had the blood drains removed. (During removal of the blood drains, she said there was a prickling, stabbing sensation, maybe because sensation remained in the connected area.) After that, they checked the surgical sites and applied ointment while checking whether the area was healing well. And the most important thing.. she said the effect appeared immediately after surgery!! 9) As for pain, there was a pulling sensation because of the sutured areas, but nothing was particularly painful, and she had a slight headache! Swelling was minimal. There was a little bruising, but she said it didn’t last long. 10) Day 7: stitches in front of the ears removed, stem-cell procedure 11) Day 14: after removing the stitches behind the ears, she could do all daily activities (work, golf rounds, etc., all possible!!)
After getting the stem-cell facelift, the results improved so much that everyone could tell, so she is extremely satisfied~ Her confidence in her appearance has also recovered, and her personality has become even brighter~ Since she was at an age going through menopause, she had seemed somewhat more lethargic and very down compared with before, but now she goes out more often and spends more time with acquaintances! No matter who she meets, they compliment her, saying she looks much younger and the surgery went really well, so my aunt gets even more excited by those words and seems to go out often and meet acquaintances more. She has found energy in her life, and even though she is older! she gained confidence in her appearance, so I feel even prouder~
