The directors seem good at diagnosis, but there are too many people, so the time and sincerity given to each individual are lacking. I was told the surgery was delayed by more than an hour and that I could see the director 2 hours after my appointment time, so I was going to wait, but I revisited a week later after being told that since it was a day without surgery, the director would probably be able to give a better consultation. As soon as he came in, he looked at my face once, looked at the chart written by the consultant, quickly talked through everything first, and I could barely ask any questions. He said I was a case that absolutely had to do all three: two types of facial contouring + facelift + fat removal, and that if I did not want even one of them, I should not do it at all.
