I went in for a consultation to remove dissolvable threads, and first the manager wrote down my concerns on my chart after the consultation. I went into the director's consultation room, and without saying much, he looked at the chart the manager had written, lightly touched the area I was worried about, and said we should do an ultrasound. So I did it... He said the two areas I was worried about were indeed threads (I knew that too, which is why I went in for removal in the first place...), so when I asked whether we could remove only the protruding parts instead of 100% removal, he asked why I was asking him and gave the absurd answer that I should ask the hospital where I had the procedure done. Then why did I pay so much for the ultrasound? I came here because it seemed hard to handle at the hospital where I had the surgery, so I looked for another place, right? The manager also said to go back to the hospital where I had the surgery. Did they not know before the ultrasound? I just ended up wasting the ultrasound fee and being told to leave....
