I really came to understand why people say to avoid big hospitals.^^ I had something else done along with eye surgery, but the doctor changed? haha If the answer is basically, "I do not know because it was not decided with me," then what is the patient supposed to do...;;
I do not know how the appearance before and after surgery can be this different, consultation manager...^^... If the atmosphere had been like this even before surgery, I would not be saying anything.. The attitude really felt like treating me as a troublesome person, and like they were feeling superior themselves.. haha I really think they will get their punishment.
When you go there, the ratio is 50% foreign customers, 30% middle-aged women, 20% students and early-career workers (coming with their parents).
Now it seems like big hospitals do well by appealing to foreigners who do not know much, with facilities such as consultation and translation in many languages, pickup service, and a safe system. They do CT scans and several other tests, and all the voice guidance comes in foreign languages.
Anyway, I was part of that 20%, and I really regret not looking into it more carefully.
It is not that the only answer is definitely a private clinic, or that big hospitals are always wrong. It is true that you should choose based on the doctor, but with a big hospital the doctor can change at any time, and if there is dissatisfaction or side effects, it is harder to object than at a small clinic. Taking all that into account, I think I will never get plastic surgery at a big hospital again.
