I went for a consultation about dissolvable thread removal, and first the consultant discussed my concerns and wrote them on the chart. I went into the director’s consultation room. Without really saying anything, they looked at the chart the consultant had written, lightly touched the areas I was concerned about, and said we should do an ultrasound so I did it... They said the two areas I was concerned about were indeed threads (I already knew they were threads and that’s why I went for a removal consultation...), so I asked if it was possible to remove only the protruding parts instead of removing 100%, and they gave the absurd answer, asking why I was asking them... and telling me to go ask the hospital where I had the surgery. Then why did I pay so much for the ultrasound? I came to another place because I thought it would be difficult at the place where I had surgery, didn’t I? The consultant also told me to go have it done at the place where I had surgery. Didn’t they know before doing the ultrasound? I only wasted the ultrasound fee and was just told to leave...
