I went for a double-eyelid consultation, and they said that with twilight anesthesia, they only use brief sedation for local anesthesia and then you stay awake during the surgery. They designed the crease as an in-out line, and they stamped something on my eyes and worked according to that, which made me trust them more. They recommended partial incision, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I had a lot of questions, and they answered everything kindly. My eyelids are thin, but they said that if I do double-eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, I would not need fat grafting, and although a little epicanthoplasty scar could remain, it would not be noticeable, and the swelling would not be as severe as with full-incision surgery.
