This is my 1-year review after revision eyelid surgery. I had my first double eyelid surgery two years ago, but because I asked them to make it as natural as possible, the line was already a bit thin to begin with, and later it got even thinner until it became almost like an internal double eyelid. Wearing eyeliner was stressful because it would smudge onto my eyelid crease, so I decided to get revision surgery. Since revision is said to be a more difficult and complex operation, I went around getting consultations at plastic surgery clinics that specialize in revisions,, I was worried that if the line were raised, it would leave a deep hollowed scar, but the director was so confident in JJ Plastic Surgery that I decided on it, and now, a year later, the line hasn’t become thin again, there’s of course no deep scar, and I’m satisfied because it became exactly the natural-looking line I wanted. Right after the surgery I thought maybe the line was a bit too strong, but as time passed it became much, much prettier. I’m really glad I trusted the doctor.
