Before and after It’s already been 2 weeks since I had posterior and lower canthoplasty, and first, the reason I chose this hospital was because I saw a YouTuber’s review. The before-and-after change was dramatic, and I saw that it was maintained even after several years, so I think I decided right away. Normally, my horizontal eye length is on the short side, and I had already had posterior and lower canthoplasty once, but after several years, it felt like my eyes had gone upward, and I was always using Photoshop to lower the white part at the outer corners of my eyes. After seeing reviews where they opened that area up clearly, I visited right away and had consultations with the consultant and the director. The director explained the method and also talked about my facial asymmetry, saying that from the central reference point of my face, the right side was higher than the left. I think the best part is that he matched both sides as much as possible and lowered them exactly like the Photoshopped look I wanted! After removing the stitches, I diligently used warm compresses + ointment and managed the swelling well, so I had no bruising or conjunctival edema, and I became able to wear contact lenses too. There is still a red area at the back that hasn’t fully healed yet, but as each day passes, I can clearly see it healing, and every day I look at the back area. After a month, I hope the swelling continues to settle and the healing progresses, and that the shape gets even prettier. I’m happy that I went, had the surgery, and it was successful!!
