Went in for a consultation for a second reoperation. For my first surgery I had a deviated septum correction plus nose surgery.. and at the hospital where I had my revision, they said there might be Medpor in the nasal tip because of cartilage visibility, so I had surgery, but (no shape or inflammation problem) the shape changed a lot, so I went in for a consultation. I was surprised because they were shockingly honest during the consultation. They said that because so much of the septum had been removed in the first surgery, it had been filled with donated rib cartilage, so if I wanted a second revision, they would have to remove everything and redo it with autologous costal cartilage.. The cost was 10 million won haha. But since my nose is not in a seriously bad state right now, and although the shape changed, the difference is only minor, they said there was no need to spend 10 million won on it. They told me to just live with it. Since there is no septum, the silicone has dropped a little, but there is no major problem with the shape.. Wow.. hearing that my nose would cost 10 million won to fix was seriously shocking Anyway... they told me to just forgive it and live with it.. I was grateful that they were so honest..
