During the staff consultation, the staff member kept trying to consult about the surgery itself (I thought it was a meaningless conversation since they weren’t the operating surgeon), and they repeatedly mentioned additional procedures such as ptosis correction. (Of course, I think recommending additional procedures can happen, but I don’t know why they had to keep repeating it even though the customer wasn’t reacting.) Unnecessary phrasing like “If the price feels burdensome and you need an additional discount, please don’t be embarrassed and tell us~” was not good. During the consultation with the consulting staff, the overall feeling was very light, and it was annoying that they kept mentioning ptosis correction repeatedly until payment.
The director responded kindly. However, maybe because he was tired, it was mostly conducted through Q&A rather than him giving detailed explanations first, so it was insufficient for getting additional information about the surgical process beyond my questions. During the consultation, he sometimes cut me off in the middle of a question and answered, so there were often times I had to ask again.
However, since my consultation visit was at 1 o’clock and most of the staff were resting in the inner room, I think the conditions related to the visit time should also be considered.

After consulting with the staff, I had a consultation with the director. During the staff consultation, it was good that they first explained things I would likely be curious about, such as that only the chief director participates in the surgery and what postoperative care would be provided. They didn’t mention the surgery excessively, and they asked only the necessary questions.
During the consultation with the director, even though he seemed tired, it was good to see that he kept smiling and tried to consult brightly. After first asking about my needs and the materials & surgery I had in mind, he explained the surgery in detail first, which was good. When I asked questions, he always listened to the end before answering. When deciding on material use, surgical scope, and so on, he always asked me first.
Overall, I felt comfortable throughout the consultation, so it left a good impression. Even after the consultation, they sent the price range by KakaoTalk and responded well to additional questions.
