The before-before-after-after-after side-view photos are from day 12 after surgery, and the front view is from day 16. The swelling and bruising were not severe. My nose shape was on the round side, so it didn't give a refined image, and when I smiled, my nose spread out and took up a large portion of my face, which was always a complex for me, so I decided to get nose surgery. After removing the nasal filler I had gotten a few years ago, my nasal bridge became lower and the hump looked a bit more prominent. I kept hesitating about alar reduction because I was worried the nostrils would become uneven or look too much like an 11 shape, but the consultant recommended it, saying that if I wanted a dramatic effect in improving the size, shape, and image of my nose, it would be good to do it, so I did. Looking at it now, I really think I did well to get it. The scar just looks like a boundary line, so even with a bare face it is not very noticeable? If I tell friends who have had plastic surgery, they would recognize it to that extent. I had hump correction + osteotomy + septal extension + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + alar reduction, and I asked for a straight-with-slight-curve line, closer to straight. 3.5 mm of silicone was inserted, and as the swelling goes down day by day, it is becoming more natural.
