Community review of the clinic

After surgery, it came undone. I went to request AS, and before going here I had consulted at many other hospitals. They all said I needed a full incision, but when I went here, they said they would do the revision the same way with a partial incision. So I asked if a full incision wasn’t necessary, and they said because I had paid for partial incision, the AS also had to be done the same way as partial incision. It was kind of absurd, but I held it in and said I would pay the full-incision cost, so please tell me about that option too, and only then did they explain it. I gave a low rating because the aftercare was poor. And the consultant was also rather rude. Anyone could clearly see my eye had come undone, but the first thing she said when she saw me was, “What brings you in?” When I said I came because the right side had come undone, she said, “Uh, it still looks like the line is there, but I’ll take a closer look,” and that really put me off, so I’m planning to get the revision somewhere else. Thinking about it makes me angry. They said my original consultant had left the clinic. So another consultant handled the consultation, but anyway, this person’s personality was not great. I could see she was trying to engage in a power struggle, so I just had a brief consultation and left. It’s not good.
