I had surgery 10 years ago facial liposuction, buccal fat removal The surgery turned out so well that everyone around me asked about it back then. It seems that once buccal fat is removed, it never comes back. Right now I have a V-line. My face fat came back later because I got older and gained weight.. I fell asleep briefly after anesthesia and woke up while it was being done, so it felt trustworthy, and the fact that the clinic is still there now shows it was indeed good~
