Double chin liposuction, week 6? Review + how I managed the lumps

Hehehehehe before before before wow, the fight against the lumps is finally almost over^^.. If the lumps were 100% from 1 week after surgery, now I think there’s less than about 10% left. The clinic provided 4 basic radiofrequency care sessions, and at home, whenever I had time, I kept pushing along my chin with a gua sha and massaged it as if pinching it. I think that really had a huge effect. I don’t know about body liposuction, but if you’re getting facial liposuction, I don’t think you need to go out of your way to buy a radiofrequency device! What the clinic provides is enough, and since the area is small, you can definitely manage it by hand too! At first, for a few days after surgery, I lived in doubt too and was kind of mentally spiraling, but looking at it now, it really did change a lot.. Sorry, doctor haha^^; I had my double chin and front cheeks done, and the side-profile effect is good, but when seen from the front, I don’t know how they removed the asymmetric parts, but the symmetry became balanced, which is legendary.. Seeing things like this, plastic surgery really is fascinating; anyway, even if it’s a small area, the swelling doesn’t go down right away, and lumps are definitely going to form, so everyone, please take good care of yourselves after surgery too!! They say if you don’t loosen the lumps, they just remain and turn into fat.. You paid for it, so it’d be such a waste if it went back ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ And pumpkin juice is good for swelling, but try Dangguixusan too, everyone here

Additional info+ I had 39.9 cc removed in total from the double chin + front cheeks, and they said I don’t have much fat in my cheeks but have a lot in my double chin. ㅋㅋㅋ Maybe it’s my constitution, but unexpectedly I didn’t have bruising, and wearing the compression band 24 hours a day was uncomfortable, but it was tolerable
