I had rhinoplasty once about three or four years ago. I didn’t think the bridge height was bad, but I had never liked the tip—it felt a bit overdone. I wanted it to look more natural, so I started looking into revision rhinoplasty. Since I had already visited many clinics for my first surgery, I had a good sense of how consultations elsewhere went, but this place was different. The doctor was extremely kind and thorough, and I could see they were trying to accommodate my needs as much as possible. The staff also handled everything well, so it was a clinic where I felt good during the consultation. This time I had revision surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, and donor rib cartilage. The crooked area seems to have been designed symmetrically, and above all, the tip I disliked has settled beautifully, so I feel I made the right decision. I’m very satisfied. My impression also seems gentler than before, so it’s great. My friends all say it looks better after the surgery lol.
