Compared with when I wrote a review about a month ago, it feels much more natural now, so I came back to write another review. Before, my tip was bulky, and when viewed from below, I was unnecessarily conscious of the columella and nostril shape. Now those parts are barely visible, which I love. I was really worried about what I would do if the result was not satisfactory again since this was revision surgery, but fortunately I seem to be becoming more satisfied as time passes. I am very grateful to Dr. Yoon Seok-ho at Miho for preserving the straight-yet-natural look I wanted while shaping the tip so it does not look disconnected from my face. I was also secretly worried that the columella might look too artificial, but I am satisfied! At this point, I can say my revision rhinoplasty was a success..
