My nose is rather blunt and large. I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery for a straight nose, as I had heard many recommendations for a masculine nose. Since my nose is low and blunt, they said a straight nose would require silicone. They also said bulbous-nose correction should be done at the same time. The consultation style was very honest. They seemed to guide the plan as much as possible so my current nose could become the straight line I wanted. The facilities were clean, and the wait was not very long, so it was fine. If you want a straight masculine nose, go for a consultation.
