Nose Surgery Reviews

Revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage for a large, long, drooping nose, plus fat grafting review

At first I was very worried because of the swelling and the feeling that my nasal tip looked lifted when I looked in the mirror. After about two months, the swelling had clearly gone down compared with month one, and the tip gradually descended, so the line seems to be becoming more natural. It feels like the doctor designed my nose while considering the long-term result... haha. Since this was revision rhinoplasty, I was more worried, and it was not a simple case, but so far I am recovering well without major problems. At first my nose felt hard and tight, but that discomfort has greatly decreased and it does not interfere with daily life at all. There is still some residual swelling at the tip, and it feels hard when touched, so I think I need to wait a little longer for it to fully settle. Most importantly, I really do like the shape more as time passes, and it seems to suit my face well. The amount I worried while looking at my nose several times a day now feels pointless, but I will watch how it settles from here. :)
