More than 10 years after my rhinoplasty, I wanted to remove the silicone, and my nasal tip had also drooped. I removed the nasal silicone, elevated the tip with donor rib cartilage, and had the dorsum irregularity grafted with ear cartilage. The biggest reason I chose this hospital was that a closed approach was possible, which was a major advantage. One week was truly enough for recovery. There was almost no swelling or bruising. I only had cotton packing for one day, and there was barely any bleeding, so recovery was easy.
