I had closed rhinoplasty without implants along with surgery for rhinitis at GNG Hospital. Since it was performed through a closed approach, recovery was very fast, and I am happy because the shape also seems natural. My nose used to get blocked often, especially on the left side. During my consultation, I learned that this was because my nasal septum was deviated. Since they said they could improve the obstruction well, I underwent functional rhinoplasty. I felt it would be a waste to discard the septal cartilage, so I also had the nasal bridge and depressed tip shaped using cartilage injections. My face looks much neater, and my profile has definitely become prettier, haha. This was the hospital I liked most because they did not over-treat me and planned surgery naturally in a direction that suited me. Most of all, I am glad the function was properly improved.
