I removed the high silicone implant and the ear cartilage used to raise the tip, but left the support in place. Because my hump had been shaved down a lot during the first surgery, the doctor recommended Megaderm. I could not decide whether to use it, so I discussed with the doctor deciding during surgery after seeing the situation! T_T The surgery seemed to finish faster than expected. It was a little scary because I was awake during the operation, but as I communicated with the doctor from time to time, I gradually felt reassured. After the surgery, the consultation manager showed me several photos taken during the operation. I had been used to a high nose for several years, so I worried that suddenly having a lower nose might cause a great sense of loss. But after removing it, the shape was better than expected, and I was even happier that the anxiety I had constantly felt because of my nose disappeared..! I worried that Megaderm might make my nose too blunt, but after it was absorbed to some extent, it looked natural, like my own nose, so I think it was just right. It looks different from my natural nose, but there is no unevenness on the bridge and no step deformity. I hope I can keep this nose without another revision surgery
