I was recommended autologous rib cartilage, and I heard that surgery would be possible with a slight lift at the nasal tip. It was a difficult case, so even with surgery there wouldn't be much effect, but they said that at that clinic only autologous rib cartilage was possible and that surgery could still be attempted. I didn't choose autologous costal cartilage because it felt too burdensome. If you want rib cartilage, you should get a consultation.
