It’s been 7.8 years since my nose surgery, and now the nasal tip cartilage is visible and the tip has become pointy, so I went for another consultation to decide between removal and another revision.. Review 1. [Clinic A] (masked) This was the place where I had my revision surgery, and about 7 years ago after surgery my crooked nose wasn’t corrected, so I had it done twice one week later as a kind of AS. I thought maybe I’d do it here because Director Hak-seung’s response wasn’t the kind of careless, shady behavior you get from a crook, but they said there was no method other than donated dermis.. I don’t want donated dermis, price 220 2. [Clinic B] (masked) They said the only methods are removal or lowering; only I have to choose. They didn’t even give me any guidance, and said they can’t judge the shape after removal. But they did tell me the facts straight: removal 330, lowering 580 3. [Clinic C] (masked) They said my nose looks really bad right now and told me to remove everything, 550 (photo consent). If you do a perichondrial graft? there’s an extra 50. If anyone knows exactly what this is or has done it, please let me know. They said removal is not a surgery to make you prettier... and that it would return to my original nose 4. [Clinic D] (masked) They advised against removal, said to keep the current tip height, make only the tip rounder, and use temporal fascia plus ear cartilage to slightly reduce the columella. This is exactly the aesthetic I want.. and they’d use my own materials too, but temporal fascia... that part bothers me. Anyone used it? Is this an old material? I’m worried it might show again over time.. My skin is thin. If the ear cartilage is placed in the middle, might it show again? Price 500 5. [Clinic E] (masked) My septum is currently inserted in a crooked way. They said they would straighten it, do bilateral alar grafts, use ear cartilage as support, and put cartilage inside so the tip wouldn’t show? I don’t really understand this part. I feel like it would succeed if I had surgery, but the doctor seems to go stiff if you don’t understand what they’re saying, and I get the feeling communication about post-op dissatisfaction or similar issues would be difficult.. very forceful and the surgery cost is also enormous.. 880. It’s not contracture, there’s no silicone, and it’s just a simple rearrangement, so is this price even real.. I visited 8 places in total and still can’t decide whether to remove it or do another revision. Please share your experiences I’m thinking of maybe also going to Jeongseok and Gok-seom.. I want lowering, so no flashy hospitals, no big hospitals, only private clinics, safety first. Remove it, or revision again? It’s not even contracture or silicone, so remove it? Or do another revision and put in ear cartilage, only for it to show again after a few years? Let’s help each other out, I live in the provinces so it’s tough.. please let me know if you’re in a similar situation
