I’m thinking about removal, but my natural nose bridge is saddle-shaped, so I want to correct that. Right now I’m expecting the nose has silicone and septal extension. 1. At some clinics, they remove the septal extension and then reattach it to the septum to reinforce it (if it is insufficient, maybe ear cartilage? I can’t remember exactly, so I need to ask again T_T) - they specifically said it was septal reinforcement. 2. At others, if there is a saddle-nose possibility, they fill it with ear cartilage and postauricular fascia. 3. Among the clinics that mentioned option 2, when I asked about septal reinforcement, one place said it’s probably not something they do very often. Are these two different concepts? Are there side effects with septal reinforcement too? If they fill it with ear cartilage or postauricular fascia, would there be visibility later...? No matter how I look at it, I’m so confused T_T I feel like I’ve become an idiot, please help, everyone T_T
