In my first surgery, I had septal extension and donated rib added, but my nostrils look exposed only about the same as before. Since the nasal tip was extended while keeping the nasolabial angle as it was, the tip seems to have moved higher. So even though the nostrils look the same, the nose feels lifted somehow. In cases like this, if I remove it, will the tip lower again? If anyone has experience, please share
