Nose Re-Surgery

Is there anyone who kept the septum and had an early removal?

For my first surgery, I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension. But maybe my skin is thick or maybe too much material was put in. It has been almost 3 weeks, and the pressure pain on my nasal bridge and tip is much worse than other people’s. I have truly not been able to sleep at night, and even when I barely fall asleep, I keep waking up at dawn. This is not a joke, but because my nasal bridge hurt so much, I kept having nightmares where the silicone was pressing on my bridge, my nose was collapsing, or the silicone was twisting and all kinds of other awful dreams every day ;; I went to the clinic crying, and they said if it was too hard they would take out the silicone and ear cartilage. Back then I did not know much about the risks of early removal, and I just wanted to get away from the pain, so I removed everything except the septal extension.. But now my face looks like someone put a cone hat on me. The bridge between my brows is low, but from the middle bridge to the tip it is really pulled far forward in a > shape. This is definitely not the final look, right..? It has been 3 weeks since the early removal. The doctor said my nose was opened twice in one month and I had originally raised the tip high, so there would naturally be the old swelling plus early-removal swelling, and that I should trust them and wait..? When I said if I kept the extension it would look like Pinocchio, they said they would handle that themselves, but I really do not trust it. Haa.. Also, I did not keep the septal extension because I wanted to. The doctor said I had a short nose and absolutely had to keep it, so I left it in..
