I had a rounded bulbous nose, so as far as I know I had fat removal, cartilage fixation, and a slight shaving of the hump. Would that count as going too far on the nose? It feels like my nose was made too high, so I’m thinking about removing it. I’m asking because I’m worried the surgery might be too difficult. It was autologous costal cartilage, and it was my first surgery T_T
