I’m a man, and this is currently my second nose surgery. The first time was over ten years ago with silicone, and because the nasal tip collapsed, the second time I used autologous rib cartilage. I asked them to raise the tip of my nose, but as in the photo, I feel like it turned out not very pretty (side profile/nasolabial angle/columella, etc. haha) No matter how asymmetrical a person’s face can be, my nostrils, as you can see, lol this seems a bit wrong. Since I’m at least a very positive person, I lived without paying attention to it (I guess this is my fault haha) I just let it go and lived irresponsibly... but lately people keep picking fights with me, saying I should get my nose done again.. I’m trying to plan my 3rd surgery, so in this condition, what can I do to get a pretty nose? Guys, please tell me. I’d also appreciate it if you recommend hospitals by message.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
