It's been almost 10 years since I had silicone and ear cartilage surgery, and I previously had nasal tip cartilage showing through, so I had one revision surgery before. The revision surgery was simple: they just shaved the nasal tip a bit and placed dermis over it. It was okay for a short time after the revision, but as time passed, the nasal tip cartilage started showing through again. I tried to ignore it and live with it whether it showed or not, but it got worse, so now I feel like I really need to do something. I see three options: 1 removal 2 revision surgery, lower the nasal tip, place dermis, and additionally lower the silicone 3 fat grafting...
