I had my first surgery 2 years ago using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but as time passed, my nasal tip drooped, and it looked no different from before; In cases like this, if I get revision surgery, I’ll probably need to use costal cartilage, right? Do clinics differ in how well they handle costal cartilage?? Personally, I want to use autologous costal cartilage, but I’ve heard that using autologous costal cartilage can be very painful, so I’m full of worries ㅠㅠ The places I’m currently looking at are ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅇㅂㅈ, and ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, has anyone here had revision rhinoplasty using costal cartilage at any of these places? ㅠㅜㅜ Or please share information on places where revision surgery using costal cartilage was successful...
